Insecurity and Indecision
This is the first cycle of meetings in the series " Our Emotions" . In this first 4 meetings cycle we will observe the feeling of Indecision and Insecurity . We will practise the meditation that follows the teachings of the Master Thich Nath Hanh : Sitting meditation , walking meditation and sharing. The themes of the meditations and shares are the different emotions in the context of the uncertainties and insecurities. We will look at various remedies including Dr. Bach remedies related to these issues and we will learn how to use them for our needs.

L' Insicurezza e Indecisione
Questo è il primo Ciclo d'incontri della serie " Le Nostre Emozioni". In questo primo ciclo di 4 incontri osserveremo L'Indecisione e L'Insicurezza. Si svolgerà con meditazione che segue gli insegnamenti del Maestro Thich Nath Hanh: Meditazione seduta, meditazione camminata e condivisione. I temi delle meditazioni e delle condivisioni saranno le diverse emozioni nell'ambito delle incertezze e insicurezze. Si offrirà la presentazione dei diversi rimedi tra cui il metodo Dr Bach inerenti a questi temi e si raggiungerà la padronanza necessaria per poterli usare autonomamente.

Gli Incontri sono guidati Tiziana Faggiani, certificata Bach Flower Practitioner (BFRP) e praticante della Tradizione del Maestro Thich Nath Hanh, ordinata a PV nel 1998.
